Recruitment Coordinator – Entry Level (London)

About the role

Abbatt Property Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its fast‑growing Perms division in London. You will start by supporting the Division Manager with resourcing across a range of roles and, as you develop, take ownership of key accounts. The position offers a clear pathway to either a sales‑focused career or a delivery‑focused specialist role, backed by extensive training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads and search job boards for candidates.
• Run first‑stage interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with clients.
• Format CVs to a professional standard.
• Input and maintain data on the CRM.
• Support the Perms Manager with ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Some experience in recruitment, sales or lettings (ideal).
• Strong personality, drive and genuine interest in building a long‑term career.
