Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join Rubicon Recruitment’s team in Poole. The role provides full training and support, allowing you to develop a career in recruitment even if you have no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates using job boards and LinkedIn.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates in the database and update their status.
• Qualify candidates against client requirements and prepare shortlists.
• Provide administrative support to consultants to keep pipelines moving.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service background, e.g., lettings, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work autonomously.
• Organised and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking.
• Familiarity with online job boards.
