About the role

Join Staffline, the UK’s largest recruitment business, as a Recruitment Coordinator supporting a busy warehousing operation in Avonmouth. This temporary full‑time position offers the chance to develop recruitment and client‑service skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Meet client deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements for the warehouse.
Recruit, select and onboard temporary workers.
Enter and validate data for weekly payroll processing.
Handle administrative tasks such as absences, change requests and record keeping.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain secure records.
Provide a positive customer experience and promptly address worker queries.

Required profile

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems.
Customer‑centric mindset, placing people first.
Growth mindset with a willingness to innovate.
Strong relationship‑building skills.
Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
