Recruitment Delivery Consultant

About the role

Intervl Group is a specialist executive search firm focused on the energy transition. As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant you will act as the market intelligence engine for our delivery team, continuously mapping talent across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior commercial talent within the energy transition ecosystem using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and referrals.
• Develop detailed market maps covering target companies, leadership teams, reporting structures and competitor landscapes.
• Build genuine relationships with Director, VP and C‑Level candidates, understanding their motivations, aspirations and compensation expectations.
• Gather market intelligence from every conversation, including hiring plans, leadership changes, funding activity and emerging trends.
• Support consultants by providing actionable insights that enable winning retained search assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably within commercial or technology sectors.
• Strong ability to conduct research, analyse market data and produce clear, actionable reports.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for building long‑term talent relationships.
