About the role
We are hosting a Recruitment Open Day at Winchester Heights Care Home on Tuesday 28 July from 10 am to 4 pm. This event gives candidates the chance to meet our team, tour the facilities and learn about a range of full‑time positions within our care home.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality personal care and support to residents as a Care Assistant.
- Assist senior staff with night and day shifts, ensuring safe and compassionate care.
- Plan and deliver wellbeing and activity programmes, including driving residents to external events.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about working in a residential care setting.
- Flexible to work days, nights or twilight shifts.
- Valid driver’s licence for the Activities Assistant role.
