Recruitment Operations & Compliance Coordinator (Part‑Time)

About the role

Success Talent is seeking a part‑time Recruitment Operations & Compliance Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our specialist recruitment agency. You will support consultants, finance, and directors across a range of recruitment, compliance and business‑development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate permanent and temporary placements from offer through onboarding.
• Complete Right‑to‑Work, reference, DBS and other compliance checks.
• Issue temporary‑worker documentation and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Manage timesheets and liaise with candidates, clients, payroll providers and umbrella companies.
• Keep the recruitment database accurate, organised and GDPR‑compliant.
• Support diaries, office operations, internal communications and new‑starter inductions.
• Post vacancies on the company website and job boards.
• Create engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content.
• Research new vacancies, prospective clients and business‑development opportunities.
• Assist with client presentations, marketing materials and terms of business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, recruitment, compliance, payroll support or social media.
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
• Professional, approachable and service‑led communication style.
• Discretion when handling confidential information.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Good written English and an eye for polished, on‑brand content.
