About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Farnham. This entry‑level position offers full training and the chance to develop skills in candidate sourcing, communication and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Search for and contact potential candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records using our recruitment software.
• Provide excellent service to both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• No previous recruitment experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident speaking on the phone and building rapport.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
