Recruitment Resourcer

About the role

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will own the top of the recruitment funnel, building proactive pipelines and delivering high‑quality, diverse shortlists for operational and commercial roles. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of engaged candidates that match our culture and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high‑volume operational roles.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines in Pinpoint for priority functions.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality shortlists within agreed SLAs.
• Provide weekly insights on pipeline health and sourcing performance.
• Champion warm, transparent communication with candidates.
• Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and structured pipeline management.
• Use creative, market‑aware sourcing techniques to reach diverse talent pools.
• Reduce agency dependency through effective direct sourcing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a specialist sourcing or resourcing role.
• Strong ability to partner with TA colleagues and hiring managers.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on pipeline metrics and conversion rates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
