About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to support our offshore operations, marine and renewable energy projects. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle while working alongside seasoned professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and initial screening.
- Build and maintain talent pools for offshore and energy sectors.
- Support client and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Develop industry knowledge of offshore operations and renewable energy.
Required profile
- Motivated and eager to learn recruitment processes.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
