Recruitment Resourcer – Talent Partner

About the role

Yellow Bricks Talent Search is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join the team in Wokingham. In this delivery‑focused position you will source, interview and assess high‑quality candidates for temporary and interim roles, working closely with the Founder to build lasting talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct telephone, video and face‑to‑face interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Produce detailed candidate summaries and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Manage multiple vacancies, keeping pipelines up‑to‑date and ensuring compliance documentation is completed.
• Build specialist talent pools aligned with Yellow Bricks’ core markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Strong communication skills across phone, online and face‑to‑face settings.
• Commercially minded with the ability to quickly assess value for candidates.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle several priorities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and capable of representing the company brand professionally.
