Recruitment Sales Consultant

About the role

MTrec Recruitment is seeking a motivated Recruitment Sales Consultant to join its growing business development team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will be responsible for generating new client opportunities and supporting the technical, commercial and industrial recruitment divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in collaboration with internal recruitment teams.
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospect and nurture leads.
• Conduct market research to target existing and new sectors.
• Deliver company presentations at sales meetings.
• Prepare daily and weekly management reports.
• Develop innovative ideas to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain a client base across multiple commercial verticals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or recruitment sales.
• Strong telephone prospecting skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily activity targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
