Recruitment Specialist – Engineering (Manchester)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our high‑performing Manchester office. You will work across our Construction and Energy divisions, helping to place top talent in data centre, pharmaceutical, infrastructure and renewable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the engineering sector.
• Source, interview and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets and deliver excellent service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, business development or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid office environment.

• Experience with candidate sourcing and assessment.
