Reference Data Project Manager – Banking Upgrade

About the role

Our leading banking client is seeking a Reference Data Project Manager to drive the upgrade of its reference data platform. You will ensure that the system reliably supports instruments, issuers, ratings and legal agreements while guiding the transition to business‑as‑usual operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, testing and change‑management activities for the reference data platform upgrade.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to guarantee data integrity across instruments, issuers, ratings and legal agreements.
• Manage stakeholder communications at all organisational levels to keep the project on track.
• Oversee the hand‑over to BAU operations, ensuring smooth post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Strong background in reference data within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven project management and business analysis capabilities.
• Experience with financial bank products and regulatory data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
