Reformer Pilates Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading Reformer Pilates and personal training studio group in London, is opening a new site in Kensington. They are looking for a dynamic Reformer Pilates Manager to run day‑to‑day operations, oversee the class timetable and drive membership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for clients.
• Maintain and optimise the class schedule, coordinating instructors and studio resources.
• Control the studio budget, monitor sales, and achieve membership acquisition and retention targets.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and allied‑health professionals to generate referrals.
• Uphold the company’s four core values and promote a client‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Recognised Reformer Pilates qualification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (preferred).
