About the role
Join a respected waste‑management employer in the Eastleigh area as a Refuse Loader. You will work from the Hedge End hub, handling refuse collections across the Eastleigh Borough on a full‑time, temporary basis with the potential to become permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Manually load and unload refuse containers, handling weights up to 30 kg.
- Operate in all weather conditions, ensuring timely collection routes.
- Follow health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
Required profile
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
- Willingness to work outdoors from 06:00 to 13:30, Monday‑Friday.
- Reliability and punctuality.
