About the role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Refuse Loaders to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. The role involves a full‑time schedule from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Collect household and commercial waste from designated sites.
- Load refuse into collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team‑oriented and able to work well with colleagues.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
