Regional Account Manager – Premium Drinks Distributor (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to lead and expand our premium wines and spirits portfolio across London. You will work with a respected distributor, managing key accounts and driving growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow an existing customer portfolio.
• Develop strategic relationships with key customers and decision‑makers.
• Deliver agreed sales, margin and distribution objectives.
• Build and implement joint business plans (JBPs).
• Negotiate commercial agreements, activations and promotional activity.
• Collaborate with supplier partners to maximise brand performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Proven success in regional account management or business development within drinks FMCG.
• Experience managing large customer ledgers and a substantial network of industry contacts.
• Outstanding account management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation capabilities.
• Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets.
• Highly self‑motivated, organised and able to work autonomously.
• Passionate about wines and spirits with solid product and market knowledge.
