Regional & Anchor Store PR Coordinator – UK & Ireland

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a PR career within a values‑driven, fast‑paced environment. You will support and deliver PR activity across the UK & Ireland, helping to earn media coverage, build regional media relationships, and bring the Lush brand to life in local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of regional PR plans across the UK & Ireland, working closely with the UK&I Retail PR Lead.
• Research, build and nurture regional media contacts, developing relationships that drive coverage.
• Generate and place stories about Lush products, stores, events, people and brand ethics in local and regional media.
• Adapt national PR and brand strategies into creative consumer activity for regional channels.
• Collaborate with UK&I store managers to coordinate regional PR activity.
• Write and distribute seasonal and regional press releases and pitches tailored to regional audiences.
• Attend regional events, support anchor stores and build media relationships throughout the country.

Required profile

• Passion for working in a purpose‑led, employee‑owned company.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK & Ireland as a core part of the role.
• Ability to work hybrid between London and Liverpool and manage multiple regional projects.
• Strong interest in seasonal campaigns such as Christmas, Diwali, Hanukkah, Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day.
