- Optimise media investment: own the regional paid-media framework, including audience strategy, channel mix, campaign phasing, agency governance and creative optimisation.
- Connect investment to outcomes: manage budget effectiveness and link media spend to KPIs, pipeline contribution and commercial impact.
- Improve the digital customer journey: set the regional framework across awareness, consideration, conversion and nurture, and advise on content sequencing, landing pages and CTAs.

- Lead responsible AI adoption in media planning, audience intelligence, campaign optimisation and lead management, with human review and data governance.
- Partner with the Europe Marketing Performance Manager on measurement, experimentation and test-and-learn standards.

- Own regional governance across customer data, consent, brand, agency quality, measurement and responsible AI.
Required profile
- Significant experience leading digital marketing and paid-media strategy in, or for, a complex B2B organisation; media-agency experience is welcomed.
- Experience managing media agencies, campaign investment and senior stakeholders.
- Experience designing customer journeys, nurture approaches and conversion frameworks.
- Collaborative leadership style, able to influence regional, global and cross-functional teams and define operating models.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial, and travel across Europe is required.
Required skills
- Marketing funnels, pipeline contribution, attribution and media-to-commercial performance.
- Paid media, CRM, marketing automation, lead management, audience strategy and digital analytics.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, analytics and business-intelligence environments.
