Regional Director – South of England

About the role

The Regional Director will lead a multi‑site service business across the South of England, reporting directly to senior leadership. You will own commercial performance, operational excellence and people development, driving growth and transformation in a well‑established organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting and margin improvement.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, pricing strategy and customer retention.
• Lead and develop multi‑site operational teams to improve service delivery, productivity and efficiency.
• Coach managers to meet KPIs and build a high‑performing leadership team.
• Strengthen pipeline performance, conversion rates and commercial discipline.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for regional expansion and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a regional, area or multi‑site leadership role.
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L and financial performance.
• Background in service‑led, operational or field‑based businesses.
• Track record of delivering growth, efficiency and margin improvement.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Hands‑on, results‑driven leadership style with ability to balance strategy and execution.
