Regional Employee Relations Advisor

About the role

The Regional Employee Relations Advisor will join a people‑focused business, supporting managers across multiple sites in South East England. You will provide practical, legally‑compliant guidance on a wide range of employee relations issues while helping to build management capability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations cases from initial advice through to resolution.
• Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence processes.
• Provide commercially‑focused advice on employment law and HR best practice.
• Coach and up‑skill managers to increase confidence in handling people matters.
• Assist with investigations, hearings and appeals as required.
• Identify regional trends and work with the People team to develop solutions.
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders and act as a trusted HR partner.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or Employee Relations Specialist.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations best practice.
• Proven ability to manage a broad range of ER cases in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
