Regional Facilities Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a busy, multi‑site commercial portfolio in West London. You will be responsible for ensuring each property is safe, compliant, well‑maintained and operating to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance across the portfolio.
• Take ownership of building fabric, repairs, roofs, windows and overall condition.
• Oversee hard and soft services delivered by external contractors.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including health & safety, fire safety, asbestos and legionella.
• Review RAMS, issue permits and maintain safe systems of work.
• Control Capex, Opex, service charge budgets, purchase orders and invoices.
• Support minor works, fit‑outs, refurbishments and unit preparation projects.
• Maintain CAFM records, compliance documents, asset registers and site reports.
• Drive service improvements, cost efficiencies and sustainability initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with site teams, contractors and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience in commercial facilities management, multi‑site estates or complex buildings.
• Solid understanding of building fabric and technical maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, service providers and internal teams.
• Confidence in managing budgets, costs and service‑charge expenditure.
• Proactive, resilient and highly organised approach.

Required skills

• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• NEBOSH qualification (highly desirable).
• IWFM/BIFM or equivalent technical qualification (highly desirable).
• Experience with Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
• Familiarity with Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
