Regional Logistics Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading environmental services organisation to recruit a Regional Logistics Manager. The role will oversee strategic supplier partnerships across multiple regions, ensuring efficient and commercially sound service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic supplier relationships, maintaining performance standards and commercial terms.
• Coordinate operational readiness for new initiatives and transition to business‑as‑usual supplier performance management.
• Analyse performance data, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead regular performance reviews, governance meetings, site visits, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, technology, finance and compliance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing third‑party suppliers in a complex operational environment.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance stakeholder interests.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Experience delivering operational projects, change programmes or mobilisation initiatives.
