Regional Manager

About the role

As Regional Manager for Trinity Estates, you will lead a team of property managers responsible for a diverse residential portfolio across London and the South East. You will set performance standards, coach your team, and ensure a high‑quality, responsive service for customers, clients and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support property managers through regular 1:1s, ride‑alongs and team meetings.
• Monitor portfolio performance, service charge budgets and year‑end outcomes.
• Handle escalations, resolve complex issues and partner with clients and internal specialists.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory standards and contractor performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through site visits and proactive communication.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardising best practices and streamlining workflows.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong commercial awareness and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to balance empathy with accountability and deliver results under pressure.
