Regional Manager – London Retail

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead a multi‑site retail operation across the London region, overseeing a network of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for translating the brand’s service standards into profitable performance while fostering a high‑engagement culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and overall financial performance across all stores in the region.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to achieve targets and uphold service standards.
• Ensure each store delivers a seamless end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve conversion rates and average transaction values.
• Use data, insights and reporting to inform business decisions.
• Build leadership capability and succession plans across the region.
• Maintain high operational and service standards and promote a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Regional Manager or equivalent in an assisted‑selling retail environment.
• Experience managing multiple locations and large teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
• Ability to inspire and develop people while maintaining customer focus.
