Regional Manager – Retail (Oxford/Swindon/Reading)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑street retail stores across Oxford, Swindon and Reading. You will be the visible face of the business in stores, driving sales, service excellence and a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Store Managers across the regional portfolio.
• Drive sales, KPI performance, service standards and profitability.
• Coach teams and build strong succession plans.
• Ensure commercial focus, operational strength and legal compliance of each store.
• Support change initiatives, new projects and continuous improvement.
• Create a positive, customer‑focused culture across all locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an Area Manager or Regional Manager role.
• Background managing multiple high‑street, customer‑facing stores.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of performance improvement.
• Passion for coaching, people development and customer service.
• Confident leadership style able to influence and engage teams.
• Experience overseeing around 20+ stores is highly desirable.
