About the role

We are partnering with a leading service‑focused retailer to find a Regional Manager for the South West and West of England. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of high‑profile stores, driving a world‑class customer and colleague experience across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a regional or senior multi‑site leadership role within retail or hospitality.
• Track record of overseeing around 20 large‑format locations.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a pride in creating outstanding environments.
• Inspirational leader able to engage, motivate and develop teams at all levels.
• Commercially astute with the ability to balance performance, people and service.
• Resilient, driven and committed to excellence.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and leading through others.
