Regional Manager – West & North West London

About the role

We are a successful, growing multi‑site business seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across West and North West London. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will drive sales, profitability, operational performance and customer service standards throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional sales, costs, profitability and overall performance.
• Manage the regional P&L and report monthly to senior leadership.
• Recruit, coach and develop Store Managers to maximise performance.
• Support store teams in delivering exceptional customer service and commercial results.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure high standards of operation, presentation and compliance.
• Analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
• Manage the regional budget and ensure effective cost control.
• Collaborate with HR to build a positive, high‑performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and health & safety requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Regional or Multi‑Site Management role.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Track record of delivering sales growth and improving profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
