Regional Marketing & Communications Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing & Communications Controller to develop and drive advertising investment strategies, ensuring that all marketing and communications activities are tightly linked to measurable business results. You will act as a key partner to Controlling, Marketing and Communications teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Advertise Planning & Budgeting – Lead the budget and forecasting process, allocating omni‑channel advertising spend to generate traffic for physical stores and online channels.
• KPI Setting – Define, track and analyse financial and advertising KPIs for campaigns, drawing insights to inform future planning and optimisation.
• Cross‑Functional Partnership – Work with regional and global teams to optimise investments and serve as the primary marketing & communications strategist for the region.
• Processes & Tools – Design, implement and continuously improve processes and tools such as invoice tracking, sample ordering and spend trackers to boost efficiency.
• Data Management & Business Intelligence – Support the development and use of BI systems for marketing, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial controlling within a marketing and communications function.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities to interpret traffic, conversion, AOV and return metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data to influence stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset capable of aligning marketing spend with long‑term profitability and growth goals.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, collaborating with Marketing, Communications and Controlling teams.
