Regional Operations Manager – Hybrid (Southern England)

About the role

As the operational deputy to the Head of Supported Living, you will provide senior leadership for Camphill Village Trust’s Southern England region. You will ensure that supported living services are safe, person‑centred and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Registered Managers and the Quality & Improvement Lead to maintain high standards of quality, regulatory compliance and operational performance.
• Provide regional assurance using governance frameworks, performance data and quality intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
• Build high‑performing teams, develop leadership capability and ensure services remain inspection‑ready.
• Strengthen relationships with commissioners, families and professional partners.
• Use data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making and operational planning.

Required profile

• Significant operational leadership experience within Supported Living or adult social care.
• Proven experience managing multiple services through Registered Managers.
• Deep understanding of CQC regulation, safeguarding and governance.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop leaders.
• Passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for people with learning disabilities and autism.
