Regional Operations Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing logistics organisation to lead the launch and expansion of a rapid delivery network across London. As Regional Operations Manager you will own the end‑to‑end rollout of 15‑20 micro‑warehouse sites, onboarding of operational partners and integration of new customers, ensuring high service standards from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational launch of 15‑20 micro‑warehouse locations across London.
• Coordinate site readiness covering facilities, equipment, staffing and processes.
• Manage multiple site launches and operational workstreams simultaneously.
• Provide hands‑on leadership during go‑live periods and act as the primary contact for customers.
• Select, onboard and train third‑party service partners on standards and KPIs.
• Monitor partner performance, drive accountability and resolve issues quickly.
• Develop scalable processes to support ongoing growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Travel extensively across London to support live operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager or Multi‑Site Manager.
• Track record of launching new operational sites, services or customer accounts.
• Strong background in logistics, rapid delivery, warehousing, fulfilment or related multi‑site environments.
• Experience working with third‑party suppliers or service partners.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and commercial awareness.
