Regional Oversight Manager

About the role

The Regional Oversight Manager will lead audit and compliance activities across the North West motor‑trade network, visiting automotive dealerships and related partners. Reporting to the Senior Oversight Manager, you will work independently in the field, planning your own schedule and delivering detailed risk‑based reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site oversight audits of network members on a risk‑based schedule.
• Produce comprehensive audit reports and recommend action plans to mitigate identified risks.
• Manage a portfolio of existing and new network members, providing first‑class account support.
• Plan daily travel routes, visiting customers 3‑4 days a week and completing administrative tasks on the home office day.
• Increase audit frequency as experience grows, moving from one to two or three audits per day.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an FCA‑regulated environment.
• Background in auditing, oversight, or compliance functions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
• Experience in the motor‑trade or motor‑finance sector is a plus.

• Basic salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year plus OTE up to ~£45,000.
