About the role
We’re looking for a Regional Performance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting one of our motor manufacturer clients. Responsible for a defined group of Bodyshops, the Regional Performance Manager will manage and nurture relationships to maximise compliance and profit opportunities, focusing on standards adherence, increasing repairs and parts sales across the network.
Key responsibilities
- Support and implement the client’s strategic programme objectives within the region.
- Ensure all Programme KPIs are achieved across allocated Bodyshops and Dealers, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
- Coach Bodyshops on creating and delivering effective Business Improvement Plans and monitor data quality from their BMS.
- Interpret key performance data (e.g., K2K, average repair cost, parts usage) and support estimate optimisation.
- Produce monthly regional reports, plan targeted improvement activity and conduct regular performance review meetings.
- Carry out vehicle inspections and standards audits, managing audit first‑time pass rate targets.
- Promote the manufacturer’s programmes such as Preferred Supplier, Accident Management and Insurance Products.
- Review customer satisfaction results and ensure negative feedback is addressed.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of the automotive and collision repair sectors.
- Strong automotive commercial awareness; aftersales and dealer experience advantageous.
- High analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Recognised body and paint industry qualification (e.g., IMI or ATA accreditation) desirable.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Practical knowledge of Bodyshop Management Systems.
- Understanding of paint and refinish processes and manufacturer approval standards.
- Knowledge of ADAS calibration requirements.
- Strong IT skills for data analysis and reporting.
