Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operator hires throughout the assigned region.
• Perform compliance checks, including tickets, right‑to‑work documentation, and medical clearances.
• Manage rail resource allocation and support internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, conducting daily check‑ins.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with payroll and invoicing processes.

Required profile

• Experience in resourcing, scheduling, recruitment or coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Confidence using administrative and IT tools.
• A calm, solutions‑focused approach to challenges.
