Regional Sales Manager

About the role

ReFood UK Ltd, a leading provider of food waste recycling services, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the North West England region. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for driving sales of recycling services across retail, food manufacturing and hospitality sectors while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the regional sales pipeline, securing new B2B contracts and expanding existing accounts.
• Lead, motivate and develop a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare quotations, manage pricing strategies and renegotiate contracts as needed.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing within the region.
• Manage feedstock flow into the Widnes facility, ensuring volume, quality and revenue targets are met.
• Ensure PAS110 digestate compliance and oversee third‑party digestate contractors.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to deliver cost‑effective services.
• Represent ReFood at trade events, exhibitions and seminars, providing technical support to customers.

Required profile

• A‑Level education (or equivalent) with proven B2B sales experience.
• Previous people‑management experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong commercial decision‑making ability and resilience under pressure.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
• Desirable experience or knowledge of food waste recycling or environmental services.
