Regional Sales Manager – Modular Cabins

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager – Modular Cabins will lead field‑based sales of a bespoke range of steel‑framed modular and portable buildings across the South East. You will work directly with housebuilders, main contractors and hire businesses to secure high‑value contracts and grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage the sales pipeline to achieve a target of £300,000 in monthly orders.
• Sell modular solutions ranging from accommodation units to specialised facilities such as gatehouses, smoking shelters and shower blocks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contractors and leverage existing framework agreements with major developers.
• Negotiate and close deals up to £1 million, ensuring profitable margins.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven field‑sales experience within the construction sector, preferably with housebuilders, main or civil contractors.
• Track record of delivering at least £2 million of sales per annum.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to close high‑value contracts.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a strong work ethic.
