About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a growing mortgage brokerage team in the North West of England. You will have full autonomy to recruit, develop and motivate a high‑performing group of mortgage and protection advisors, with uncapped earnings and a focus on business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard high‑calibre mortgage and protection advisors.
• Build, manage and develop your own sales team from the ground up.
• Provide regular coaching, mentorship and sales support to maximise performance.
• Motivate advisors, maintain morale and foster a thriving team culture.
• Drive business development and leverage marketing opportunities.
• Identify training needs and support skill development.
• Collaborate with dedicated marketing support.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (essential).
• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor.
• Demonstrated success in team building and recruitment.
• Strong recruitment capabilities.
• Experience managing teams in the mortgage sector (desirable).
