Regional Sales Manager – Northern England

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead new‑business growth across Northern England for a fast‑growing catering equipment manufacturer. The role is heavily focused on hunting new accounts, building relationships with independent and group operators, and delivering product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business across Northern England, targeting restaurants, casual dining and hospitality operators.
• Work closely with dealer partners to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Organise and host 2‑3 live product demonstrations per month.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, foodservice or catering equipment sales.
• Proven ability to sell premium equipment using a consultative approach.
• Thrives in a target‑driven, high‑activity environment and is self‑motivated.
• Experience working from home and credibility with chefs (ex‑chef or strong kitchen exposure preferred).

What we offer

• Basic salary £40,000‑£45,000 per annum.
• Uncapped commission – OTE £80,000 in year 1, £120,000+ in year 2.
