Regional Sales Manager – Timber Frame (Scotland & North)

About the role

This is a field‑based sales position focused on promoting, designing, manufacturing and erecting timber‑frame systems and roof trusses across Scotland and the North. You will work with housebuilders and private developers, balancing new‑business generation with account management.

Key responsibilities

• Promote timber‑frame and roof‑truss solutions to housebuilders and developers.
• Cover Scotland and the North, travelling 3‑4 days per week and spending 1‑2 days in the head office.
• Manage a portfolio of 10‑20 housebuilder accounts, aiming for £10‑12 million turnover.
• Generate, qualify and close leads on projects ranging from £25 k to £4 m.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximise repeat business.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven field‑sales experience in the timber‑frame or building‑envelope market.
• Demonstrated success selling to housebuilders or private developers.
• Highly motivated, autonomous and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
