Regional Senior HR Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Senior HR Advisor to support a well‑established organisation across the North West, North East and Midlands. The role is home‑based with regular travel to sites and offers a hybrid working pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across multiple sites.
• Coach managers on people matters and support organisational change initiatives.
• Prepare HR documentation, reports and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Contribute to HR projects, training programmes and other value‑adding initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with both white‑ and blue‑collar staff.

Required profile

• Solid generalist HR experience within the UK.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary.

Required skills

• Salary £40,000–£45,000 per year plus £5,000 car allowance.
