Regional Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our service hub in Leighton Buzzard. The role combines operational oversight, financial accountability and customer relationship management across a defined region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of a busy service office, ensuring operational and financial KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Maintain and grow regional customer relationships through regular account reviews and new‑business development.
• Lead, coach and support a team of field technicians and office coordinators to deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair services.
• Drive continuous improvement by focusing on margins, efficiency and process optimisation.
• Oversee data management, system enhancements and collaboration with IT and contracts departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing small, customer‑facing teams.
• Track record of meeting operational and financial targets, with an understanding of cost metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel within the region and hold a valid driver’s licence.
