Regional Support Manager – Cambridgeshire & Norfolk

About the role
Avery Healthcare is looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to oversee its care homes across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. You will work closely with the Regional Director to ensure each home delivers high‑quality care and meets performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide focused support to key homes to maintain compliance and uphold standards.
- Stand in for General Managers during absences, ensuring continuity of leadership.
- Identify challenges, propose solutions, and collaborate with the Regional Director on improvement plans.
- Interpret quality and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in care‑home management roles.
- Ideally a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge.
- Experience supporting multiple homes at a regional level.
- Strong staff supervision and development abilities.
- Hold NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes.
