Regional Trainer – Beauty Brand

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join the Lisa Eldridge team and work across Space NK stores in the South of the UK. The role involves delivering brand and product training, coaching store teams and supporting launches to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to Space NK locations in Greater London and the South of England to deliver engaging in‑store training sessions and one‑to‑one coaching.
• Own a regional sales target and use education and coaching to improve commercial results.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff, acting as the main brand ambassador.
• Support product launches, events and artistry demonstrations, ensuring merchandising standards are met.
• Analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for growth and implement improvement plans.
