Registered Care Home Manager – Dagenham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to take full operational and clinical responsibility for a reputable care home in Dagenham. As the registered manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), you will lead a large team, manage budgets and ensure the delivery of person‑centred care at the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in line with CQC regulations.
• Lead, mentor and develop care, nursing and support staff.
• Oversee care plans, medication management and auditing processes.
• Market the home to maintain occupancy and control the budget.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local authorities.

Required profile

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Proven track record as a Registered Manager with a "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC rating.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean Enhanced DBS check.
