Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead two well‑established domiciliary care branches in Dartford and Leatherhead. You will be responsible for maintaining our CQC ‘Good’ rating while driving growth and ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across both domiciliary care sites.
• Maintain and improve quality standards in line with CQC regulations.
• Grow the service by increasing care hours and identifying new business opportunities.
• Recruit, induct, train and retain care staff, fostering a supportive team culture.
• Conduct client assessments and ensure robust care plans are delivered.
• Monitor KPIs such as compliance, staffing levels, service delivery and branch performance.
• Manage safeguarding, complaints and incident reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and local authorities.

Required profile

• Proven management experience within domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience of expanding domiciliary care services.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
