About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a well‑established domiciliary care service with a Good CQC rating. You will ensure safe, compliant, person‑centred care while supporting continuous improvement and service growth.

- Quality and risk management
- Operational management
- Performance and development
Required profile
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
- Strong experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role in domiciliary care
- In‑depth understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
