About the role

Almond Blossom, a well‑established domiciliary care provider, is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead its Edinburgh and Midlothian teams. This permanent, full‑time position is based in the Granton office (EH17) and offers the chance to shape a high‑growth home‑care service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational success and regulatory compliance of the service.
• Lead care and office teams to ensure high‑quality care delivery.
• Manage service development and maintain standards in line with SSSC and Care Inspectorate guidelines.
• Coordinate care runs across Edinburgh and Midlothian areas.

Required profile

• Fully qualified and currently registered as a Care Manager with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
• Extensive experience managing social care/home‑care services with a proven track record.
• Permanent, unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
