About the role

Join Hallmark Care Homes as a Registered General Nurse in Cardiff, delivering high‑quality, relationship‑centred care to residents. You will use your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to support the wellbeing of older adults, including those with dementia.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee continuous assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care.
• Lead and inspire the clinical team, ensuring alignment with Hallmark’s vision and standards.
• Audit care plans regularly to confirm they meet individual resident needs.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with residents, families and multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with experience in delivering high‑quality, relationship‑centred care.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care and a passion for improving resident outcomes.
• Strong ethical standards, adhering to Hallmark’s Charter and professional guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
