Registered General Nurse – Care Home (Brackley, Northampton)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join an exceptional care home in the Brackley, Northampton area. The home provides purpose‑built facilities for nursing, residential, dementia and respite care, offering a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents’ needs and prioritize care.
• Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Maintain and update care plans in collaboration with residents, families and other health professionals.
• Report any ill health and arrange GP or professional visits as required.

Required profile

• Qualified RGN or RMN with a current active NMC PIN.
• At least 1 year of NMC registration.
• Proven experience working in a care setting.
• Strong team player with good time‑management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Medication administration according to NMC guidelines.
• Care plan development and documentation.
