About the role

Join Hallmark Care Homes as a Registered General Nurse and provide high‑quality clinical care to residents in our Pentrebach home. You will use your strong clinical knowledge and people‑centred approach to support relationship‑focused and dementia‑specialist care.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee continuous assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care.
• Lead the clinical team, ensuring alignment with Hallmark’s vision, values and standards.
• Audit and update care plans regularly to meet individual resident needs.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families and multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with experience delivering relationship‑centred care.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care and a passion for improving resident wellbeing.
• Ethical professional who follows Hallmark’s Charter and embodies team spirit.
